Sometimes I feel very tired and I feel like I could fall asleep at any given moment. During these moments, I generally try to do both kundalini and hatha yoga, however they aren't as effective. Should I do hatha and Kundalini yoga even during times when I feel really tired or should I just not do it that day(even if I didn't do it for several days in a row)

Question #353: Tiredness with yoga
Sometimes I feel very tired and I feel like I could fall asleep at any given moment. During these moments, I generally try to do both kundalini and hatha yoga, however they aren't as effective. Should I do hatha and Kundalini yoga even during times when I feel really tired or should I just not do it that day(even if I didn't do it for several days in a row)
Sounds like a lack of vitality to which you can get specific help by providing info about your lifestyle and symptoms.
But yeah, doing yoga of various kinds will help with the above issue and should be done for health and other related benefits. Doing a little is better than doing nothing, and skipping days will set you back and you'll not get any benefits.

Exercises for combating fatigue:
1) 4/4 Energizing Breath https://www.yogatech.com/kundalini_yoga_sets/44breath
2) Breath of Fire
3) Baby pose for 5-15 minutes (you can fall asleep in this position and that's fine)
4) Burpees https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=auBLPXO8Fww
5) Walking
My favorite is the 4/4 energizing breath. I've found it can increase endurance in physical activities as well.
