Question #3422: White Americans prior to Siberan ("Native Americans")?

Hi, I've often read on the forums that North America was white prior to the coming of the Siberians, or "Native Americans". I'm curious to know more about them (links would be nice to JoS or forum articles), and any artifacts they left behind.......like are the Mounds built by them or the descendents of the Siberian migrants?
