Do you have much stress?

Do you eat / sleep enough?

I think they have several points. Someone 20 yrs with ED? Eating too much junk food? overweight? too much fried food? Something is really amiss...

If it is porn-induced erectile dysfunction as others said, or even if it isn't and yet you watch porn, quit it and deprogram as it has been said.

The easy way to quit smoking, and "easyway" in general is effective.

I did read the book above too, tho I don't have ed, or addiction to porn. Overall the book should be just as effective as the other "easyway" books.
