not often sometimes when I am utterly stressed ,,i do this nose picking as if digging it to extreme ,so how to destroy this habit

In stressful situations, try to control this habit and replace it with something else. Instead of picking your nose, for example, you can clench a soft ball or do another activity that requires manipulating your hands.
