Question #2960: When to exactly vibrate aum or satanama ?

I m the one who previously asked that I m getting lots of painful past memories while doing meditation..Almost all had said to vibrate aum ,satanama ..When to vibrate these manthras??I mean how can u vibrate raum and the other above mentioned two simultaneously ?

Not simultaneously, but either before or after your usual meditation routine. If you decide to make a longer effort, a cycle of sorts if you will, then make sure that you do not start when the Moon is void of course.
