Hello! I have (at least I always used to have. Now I don’t eat meat products) an allergy to meat. Or rather, when I ate meat, I could not afford other fruits and vegetables except apples, bananas, cucumbers and tomatoes... I am silent about nuts - I could not eat them at all. Tell me, please, how can I get rid of this with the help of meditation and certain affirmations, since I love everything - fish, fruits, vegetables, sweets, and nuts?(

I don't know how to get rid of allergy, but what I know is that you should feed your body as best as you can even if you can't eat meat for now. Eat all kinds of things that you can, fruits, veggies, foods that do not have meat, etc. Drink Sage and/or burdock root and/or sea moss tea, as they have a lot of minerals.
