a person few years back VERBALLY abused me with many horrific words ..This person has lowered my self esteem as if I am the most worthless person on this earth ..NOW I did NOT do any mistake at all ..My heart says you deserve heavy justice ..Because he has horrendously abused me verbally ..I really feel I should take justice ..This person is a person with Naarcisstic personality disorder ...Using and throwing others ..What is your opinion

Just ignore it and forget about it. There are an endless list of stupid people who will say stupid things. These people's opinions do not matter because they are not smart enough to be able to have a correct judgement about you. If people are more like animals than people, just stay away from them and don't talk to them.

I am not trying to be sardonic here, but why value that person's opinion? If there was some romantic/family/job relationship, that was a clear signal to bail out. The first step in payback is proving to yourself that you are stronger than any verbal attack they can launch. If more is needed, wait and see. Reflect too: if unkind words are the worst to befall you, you've had a pretty good day.

Paying too much attention and allowing these kinds of people to have power over you is something the person can correct. Don't let these peoples words rule you and don't enable their abuse by letting them blemish you.

This kind of psychological abuse only works on people with a weak mind. Strengthen the mind, the self and the sense of self, strengthen your worth as a person by improving your life little by little and grow your sense of self worth, then none of this worthless abuse can touch you.

Raise up against it and know it is worthless, don't give it any credence.

If the abuse goes further, other measures need to be taken.

brother love your answers and wisdom but still in my POV ,I think justice is neccessary ,,remember verbal abuse is also abuse only ..we do not know what exactly has happened in that person life and what sort of abuse that person went ..no body I think will be angry for some random mean comments in any social media ..I feel if that person feels justice must be taken then yes they can ..they should strengthen their mind but the abuser may be doing the same as what he did to this person ..These kind of scums deserve a very hard lesson

Yes I do agree with that, however the person needs to decide what kind of retaliation is worth the time and effort.

I have personal experience here with being on the receiving end. I have done a few curses, but not a full working.

What really helped us to completely cut these people out of my life and to direct the returning curses to return all the negativity and abuse back to them.

Everything they had send to me over the years and which clumped onto me, was returned. The person is completely miserable now, alone, in constant pain as their body is failing them, their family left them, their children left them, they have no one to deflect or project their misery upon any longer and are left to destroy themselves.

It is fine this way. Justice has been served. All of this was achieved when I returned the curses back to them, they were left to deal with their own trash, instead of projecting it upon me.

My own soul is radiant, while they cannot touch me and can just live the rest of their life in misery, it is the natural order and resolution.

What it has taught me is that sometimes we do not need to extra things to curse or deliver justice. Just restoring the natural order by reversing this negative karmic flow sets most things straight.

A worm is to be in the dirt, while a righteous man is to stand tall and mighty in life. Putting the worm back where he belongs by restoring this natural hierarchy and order is often the greatest catharsis.

Yes it can. It returns all the harm your enemies attempted to send to you, or have send to you, right back to them.

In simple terms, you are making them hit themselves. It reflects off of you and goes straight back onto them. Which is very effective.

Mine too. I've started to realize this over the years. Thanks for this information. Is it ok to do revenge spells on family though? The only thing that has kept me from doing that is the fact that I've read we're supposed to have a family unit etc. I've tried helping her but she doesn't seem like she'll ever change. Not to mention she donates to televangelists and became super xian after the divorce Have you seen an improvement after these workings? I hope things are better for you now. It's not an easy thing to deal with.
