when doing foundation meditation ,it is said u inhale and retain white -gold energy ..so if a person do not exhale wont they die ?I am sorry exactly how is foundation meditation done?

But did you re-read what you wrote? More importantly, did you understand it?

Read again, the section that talks about the exercise in question. Even several times. Don't be in a hurry.

You retain the energy and exhale the air out. You intend during inhaling, that you are inhaling energy, afterwards you don't intend anything and let your air out by exhaling just as you do now. Breathe normally.

Exhaling energy is done by intending dispersion of the energy during your exhalation of air if that’s what you are asking.
