Question #2533: I'm a little desperate, please help

I think I'm starting a depressive crisis. I had been without anything for almost a year and I thought I had been cured but these days I started to feel anguish and want to die, not to mention that I don't feel like doing anything including meditating.But I still try my best and also do the rituals. I realized when I started to fail in the FRTR, in the last depressive crisis I almost wasted away and I failed a lot in it specifically.

What are your goals in life? Interests? If you describe in detail everything you do day to day it would be easy to tell why you are feeling this way.
