15 degrees in Aquarius will make the affairs ruled by your Moon manifest in an unfortunate way, though not exact it is close enough to make damage. Considering you also complain about other negative aspects, you should definitely tackle the issue as it seems there's probably some karmic stuff going on with your Moon.
