Astrology #77722 15 degrees of Leo, Mercury, critical degree?

I looked it up on Astro Seek, and it says that my Mercury is in Leo at 15°34'.

As far as I know, 15 degrees of Leo is very critical. Is this also the case with my placement?

Or is it something that only applies to house-sign degrees and conjunction aspects?

Degrees belong to Signs and Signs alone. So you start counting degree from 0 degree in a Sign. For example you find 0 degree of Leo and count from it in the direction of the next sign Virgo. The exact middle is 15. Critical zone is from 15:00 min to 16:00 min, you have to analyze house that Mercury is in and the houses it rules (those that have their cusps in Virgo and Gemini).
