Question #1652: What exactly are “runes”?

Explain to someone whose inexperienced what are runes and what do we use them for in SS? Like I know they are to be vibrated and they hold power but I’m unfamiliar with most of the runes and just want more information.

You need to read the JoS site (which you should already have before even joining this forum). There's an entire section on the runes there:

Most of the things we talk about here are from JoS (like runes, meditations, chakras e.t.c.), very rarely will you find something that's not mentioned in the website.
