I'm giving you the same advice I gived 2 seconds ago to someone else. Make sure to clean yourself and do this. Use a mantra like Munka or a rune like Uruz and Ansuz, the affirmation could be something like this:"I'm now completely free from any sexual hangups forever and in a healthy and positive way for me". Do this even more than 40 days if needed. And you may need it since its so strong.
