It is unhealthy when taken to an extreme, and because it is basically a Scorpionic behavior, people can go to extremes with it. Classically also, it wasn't even a common behavior among (adult) gays and was more associated with pederasts. It is also unhygienic.

Shit collects in the rectum and comes out of the anus. There are inherent biological and physiological health risks and it can never be considered perfectly clean and guaranteed safe. But enemas can be beneficial for the hygiene of the activity.

One should also be careful and not push any limits. The intestine can stretch but only to a point. It needs time to adjust. One should also be generous with lubrication. Perforation(tearing) and prolapse is always a risk with anal, but it can be minimized with proper caution.

I know kids can do stupid shit when they're young as they don't know better, but some of the times these are influenced by karmic and subconscious issues as well. Most kinds of sexual interactions at young ages tend to lead to psychological issues that can end badly in ones later life and seed bad thoughts/impulses.

Intentionally or not, there's nothing shameful abut that but perhaps seek a therapists on this. In addition to some freeing the soul workings.
