Are plastic surgeries and other body changes there to make people lose their ethnic traits?I have seen many people talking about this and it made me think, I have always really wanted to have plastic surgery but I heard many people saying that it is traces of our ancestors and our ethnic characteristics, as if we are going to lose the real shine to make room for the false shine.

Not to mention unpleasant situations (e.g., an accident) in which plastic surgery is needed are people who want it have low self-esteem. Such people do not accept their bodies. Work on loving yourself as you are.

Btw. I remember the situation of one person who was white and wanted to look like his Asian idol as much as possible. That person definitely had mental problems.

You are most likely being overly critical here. The nose is not the only defining trait here, and many Gentiles can have big or "strange" noses.
