Question #1110: I do not know what to do

I am getting worried, in a few weeks there have been several massacres in the country I live in, in several states, and it looks like there will be one in my town ( I study in a famous and popular school here, and it could probably happen there ) I am very afraid.

From what I read there are spiritual rituals to keep yourself safe, as said above there is the Ritual of Protection, but aside from that I feel keeping yourself safe mentally is important. Don't lose yourself to fear. I can't understand what is going on personally, but I know that staying strong mentally allows you to think properly. Deep breaths and calm thoughts.
