Question #1010: How to pronounce HAUM and ISA

I'm having trouble figuring out how to pronounce the H in HAUM. H in which English word is similar to H in HAUM? So I can pronounce H in HAUM like that

My other question is that the A at the end of ISA is pronounced like the A in the word Arm or A in the word Ask?
