Ques about 3rd eye

Does the slight/medium pressure and slight ache on 3rd eye indicates its activation and that I should now move to opening crown chakra but keep empowering 3rd eye? Even if im not seeing any white dots or sparkles that last only for a while? 2 years ago i could see it on the first day. Yeah i wasted too much time.3rd eye and all other chakras should be felt focused and meditated on astral body/emotional body? And 3rd cant be empowered unless i get all the emotional blockages hangups removed? How do I remove that? With MUNKA working?
