Feng shui is very very VERY helpful

Start by cleaning your room and the energy work said by Aleksios. You can use the sun mantra as well to purify the room/house. Now I want you to look up a Bagua Map. Identify each section of the room in relation to the cardinal points. Essentially find east, west, north and south in your room.

Now that you know the positions, its time to rearrange the room accordingly. For example I have a bookshelf in the knowledge area. Also, remove any pictures or symbols that harm you subconsciously. You dont want a gangster poster in the career section. If your room is an odd shape, this complicates things. For now focus on making more room and getting rid of useless items.

You also want to have your bed facing the door and pushed to the nearest corner. Dont have your feet facing the door. You want to be able to see the door easily but not directly in front. This applies to most spaces. Having your back to the door brings bad luck and unexpected energy.

Lastly, utilize crystals. I have many crystals on my window sill that receive sunlight during sunrise and the rest of the day. This is my meditation, creative, and calming spot in my room.

I highly recommend buying a good feng shui book to help you with the aspects I didn't not mention here like room shape, color, furniture position and so on.

As a side note, stones/crystals that absorb should be regularly cleaned.

I experienced bad vibrations around bed and pillow, and bedroom, quite often.
This happened because in the night we may be more open and vulnerable to external energies, and some xian was praying for me and trying to influence my thoughts, bringing negative energies to me and surrounding area.
Cleaning the area with Algiz rune, programming energies to repel negativiy on daily basis, may be of help to keep the room clean.
It's a very annoying problem. Unless the xian is sleeping next pillow or next room to yours so... well just knocking his head with a wooden Algiz rune 108 times and asking him/her to sleep elsewhere with an affirmaton 9x times, while using the Water element in a salad bowl poured over his head, would greatly help to get rid of negativity!

I’ve noticed that if you regularly and consistently meditate in a specific room over a long period—performing practices like aura cleansing, protective aura work, and especially rituals for the gods—it can fill that room or even the entire house with positive, very pure energy.
For me, there’s a room in my house that I use solely for meditation in the mornings and evenings. I’ve meditated in that small room for a very long time, done FRTR, performed rituals for the gods, and more.

Choosing the incense you like, or think you like if you have no previous experience. Some, if not all, incense can be used for cleaning purposes. Even though mantra work is superior, it can used as a boost.
