Also, go to a doctor , or if you don't like doctors, go to DOCTOR groups on facebook or somewhere and ask for guidance, they'll mostly be glad to help so they show off in their friends faces.

Hello dear family
Regarding pulses
First it started at my left shoulder for around a week
It happens 4 to 5 times a day for 10 to 20 seconds very strong pulse that i can see it by my eyes small part of my left shoulder pulses and moving very strong and obvious
After that i got same at my right cheek for around a week i look at the mirror I could see it pulsing and moving
Then now i have same at my right shoulder for 2 dayes now same pulse same every thing and I can see the movements pulses for around 20 seconds 4 to 5 times a day

So hope to know what is that
Is that normal and why

Go to a doctor and get checked. A whole routine check up. Explain your symptoms. Get seen as soon as you can.

Or just check into a local hospital and be seen by a cardiologist.

It's important to be certain you are okay. In the event you are not, you can receive medical treatment.

With pulses you mean that your muscles are twitching on their own, right?
It probably is energy.
I also have those, but not in specific areas, I have it all over the body. Esp after yoga.
