I live in malaysia,i only met a kike or half kike face to face one time,as he gone to the same school as me,most that i target are mudslimes around me.I alway clean my chakras,light body n aura afterward,if this enough?I drain their vitality so its easier for me to attack them etc,as they're weakened.N their protectice aura damaged.

Someone who drains you of your energies for their own benefit. Basically feeding off of others energies, rather than empowering your own....the jews are a perfect definition, but there are (mislead/deluded/mostly xtian) Gentiles that can exhibit such traits.
I never met her, but my siblings once met this kike and when I asked them about her, usually when you ask people about someone it's the same vague answer like "oh they're cool, they're alright, etc" but nope, instant I asked, then both had the same thing to say despite me asking them separately: "She is *very* hyper". 
There's nothing wrong with being a bubbly/happy personality type, but the hyper they hinted at is the type of person that unconciously drains you of your energy. If I personally was to delve into technical semantics, psychic vampirism is parasitism done on an unconcious level...being a parasite is done knowingly, but either way, are synonyms in the matter at hand.

Have you tried confronting them and telling them to fuck off? I've found that often helps.

Publicly, blatantly, courageously, openly, honestly and loudly tell them they're not welcome in your life. I've even gone so far as to tell some that I do not love them in front of others.

What you want to be careful not to do is make any sort of threat. But just hating a parasite is no crime.

See if that helps you. Sometimes, magick isn't even necessary.

Keep doing those things consistently, your aura must be more powerful than the vampire.  I've encountered some pretty strong ones, but in the end they are vanquished from my life.  They are attracted to strong energy sources like moths to a lamp.  Be like a bug zapper.
