Proper Inhalation of the Fire Element.

Hello,I'm new to this Group. I Decided to join here,due to the fact that I've became slowly a very advanced meditator.

Yesterday,I inhaled all 7 elements, As I do daily.But...Yesterday was different.


I inhaled them about the time I woke up 12 AM that is.And at about 11 Pm,I felt increasingly and extremely HOT.VERY HOT.And accompanied with a high fever I had earlier,I felt completely blasted.

Now,I'm here to ask two things.

Did I get it right?
&
With the proper direction,can I infuse extreme amounts of fire element into someone,making his internal organs boil?

no you can't,   you can do it to your self, and you can intice other to do it to
the self,  but you can not do it directly to others
