Programming chakras?

I've been having a lot a problems keeping intrusive negative energy and thoughts from greys away with the auras of protection I've been using.

They screw with my thoughts and willpower constantly and show up whenever I'm working on my aura to harrass me. Void meditation and ignoring them never worked to keep them away. Plus I don't know how much the invasive thoughts sabotage my workings. The energy always cause sthis underlying feeling that it's not working and I dont know if it bypasses that fact that I have the necessary faith in my ability.

I often feel pressure or pain in corresponding chakras when I'm being controlled so I was wondering if I could program the chakras themselves to keep energy away from them?

My idea is to vibrate suryae into them, visualize them as white gold, and state affirmation: "my chakra is constantly repelling all negative energy and psychic interference"

Would it work?

It is best to keep with the aura of protection. You program the auras, not chakras, as the auras affect the ENTIRE "Self," mind body and soul. 
You just need to repeat the affirmation: "I am totally safe and protected in every way," to use the aura. Believe it as you say it, every bit of belief added to the aura makes it stronger. Trust me, I've been down a similar road.
If the enemy is too bad, ask your guardian to help you, then immediately clean and empower. They ARE there to help you, for cases like this, where your best just ain't enough. But you'll be self sufficient in time.
