Problems with stoicism

It seems like i either don't feel anything, or I just have no ability to show it. This really pisses off my fiance, so I was hoping that someone here could tell me how to open up that part of myself, if it is even there. Or at least instruct me on how to pretend.

Understandably, it upsets my fiance that i can't even shed a tear or show her that i love her. Any response is appreciated.
