Problems with login

Greetings everyone!

I'm having problems with the login at Vultus Templorum, it shows me this:

"Your account has been deactivated

No account found

Your account might have been deactivated by the server administrator. You can either try to create a new account or contact the server’s administrator."

There is a problem, I go to VultusTemplorum.org then I am on the site to login (accounts.zevist.com), but it's stuck with the previous email, where there is the option to deny or allow. I can't go back, I tried to eliminate the cookies, the cronology, but nothing... I can access on the private incognito page, where the problem goes away.

Can someone fix this blockage? By the way, I'm using phone on brave browser. On desktop mode, the same happens.

Greetings. The saved account will most likely get wiped if you uninstall Brave and then install again, and then you should be able to log in normally with the correct email.

Ey, you're not the only one who have a problem with the element platform, I was away for a time and it logged off and cant log in anymore, I tried to reset the password but received no mail and I also tried the other mails in case it was the wrong one.

Yeah tried that too but when I need to agree with those documents after 18+ it shows me ''This document could not be loaded

You cannot agree until the complete text is available.''. and it won't let me move futher.

Can someone help me with mine it keeps saying the same thing and I really believe there was actual probable cause for a ban i was simply trying also get my thing to work for ama

I did clear fe cookies on kiwi yet still the same result account deactivated
