Problem with meditation

So I have been having some problems in my meditation with visualization where I cannot visualize or feel energy on the left side of my body. I am also quite new to Satanism and have been quite afraid of Satan's presence in my life. I don't want to be afraid and I know that his presence is here to help me but I keep finding myself frightened by almost anything that happens around me. I believe this may have to do with being a psychic empath as I can't really be in crowded places or places with a lot of people because it brings me a great deal of unease and I tend to get very tired after being in these places. I don't want to seem weak, but I really need some guidance from anyone here who may understand what I am going through
