I really need some advice.
I am trying to buy a house through a sealed auction. I won't bore you with details, but just know that his house will basically save my life and the lives of my family from ruin.
Since it is a sealed bid auction and the house is being sold at well below market value, lots of people are competing for it. Many of those who want to buy it are developers who wish to tear down the property and build a new condo development. I know that a couple of the developers are joooz. ugh.
I already submitted my sealed bid and hope it is enough to secure the home. Hoping nobody will outbid me. There are no second chances. Once you submit the bid, that's it.
The final decision by the auctioneers will be revealed in a couple of weeks.
Anyway... here is what I have been doing to help my cause:
1.) Twice a day for the past 35 days, during the hours of Jupiter, I have been vibrating OTHALA 108 times.
2.) I then AFFIRM 9 times: "I am receiving a house located at: 123 Main Street, My City, State, Zip 12334, in the USA. This house is paid in full on my behalf and I am the legal owner of this house for as long as I choose."
(of course, I state the exact address and postal code of the property.)
I will continue to to do the above Rune and affirmations until the auctioneers reveal their decision in a couple weeks.
-- Is Vibrating Othala twice a day for the past 35 days enough to ensure my bid will win the house?
-- Should I add these 2 runes to my working: Tiwaz and Sowilo (to be victorious in competitive situations)?
-- Is being too specific about the house's address a bad thing? Will it confuse the Othala energy I am raising and directing? Should I stay more vague? ("I am attracting a new house")
-- Is it smart to change my ritual so late in the process?
