Preperations for summoning

I've tried summoning a demon four times now and whilst I think I'm making progress I still can't get a psychic connection and I don't want to keep wasting the demon's time. Are there any good meditations to open oneself up psychically?

About everything that's on the JoS is about that...try working with your chakras and your 3rd eye.Maybe you'll get to see the Gods.
