Hello, I would like to ask a question, and if possible, without any criticism.

The thing is, it's only been nine months since I found Zevism, so I don't consider myself someone with a lot of energy ... I'd better get straight to the point; Can I participate too? If so, what ritual should I do? I only do the Ritual for now, and only once did I do the Ritual plus tetragram.

Yes, you can participate. Do the Final+Killing Tetragrammaton Ritual every day. When HP Cobra announces the new schedule, do the rituals that are listed on it on the correct dates.

If you like you can use the link in my profile and save it to your favorites. Some devices it may not work on but usually people have more than one. I like that link. Also if you have trouble focusing having something on in the back ground may increase the power of it as you will be more focused. It comes with practice though that you will get better at this. I found it super way more powerful on energy level when I was playing a video game btw but then again I am mutable sign ruler so it allowed me to focus more on the Ritual itself some people may think this is crazy but it works for some. So you can do this a lot figure out what works for you. I am happy to see this enthusiasm often times new people take awhile to get into doing much it took years before I did regular Spiritual warfare stuff I mean I would do the rituals posted here but not when there wasn't something scheduled. But you should do something daily. Remember visualizing the letters destroyed in some way adds a lot of power and can make it so you don't have to cross them out if you memorized this and don't have a device around or ability to do it.

Yeah that was probably me. I just got a new job. 12 hour graveyard shifts. I'm always tired and lazy because of this, plus bad diet probably adds to this. War schedule is always a big motivation. Although I haven't missed any workings in months, probably a day in Feb and once this month...but I tend to keep up, especially cleaning and protection. I will get back on those Rituals though.

Do all your work beforehand such that by the end of your shift is your time to go to bed. That way your "best" hours are reserved for yourself. Only problem I can see is if you get tired on the drive home, but just open the window.

For the diet, frozen foods are your friend. Frozen meats, frozen veggies, and packets of cooked rice. Thaw overnight then heat in a pan or in the oven. Cook in bulk so you don't have to recook every meal. Do chores while the food is cooking.

Also, even if you have to buy processed foods and meals, you can still get relatively healthy foods. Just don't stock your pantry with junk and you won't be tempted later. Cutting out junk food is the easy part and you can easily trash any obviously junk food.

Lastly, you will want to just get another job, IMHO. There are runes that can help this, for example. I understand it may be hard to find work, but just do your best. 12 hours is way too much work. Graveyard shift also means your sleep is compromised even if you sleep 8 hours, due to circadian rhythm stuff. Of course this is not recognized by businesses so the pay will not compensate.

Also, I would like to see not just one Ritual daily (at least for the duration of the schedule) but 2 or 3... I don't know how much most people can do rituals or are willing to do more rituals, but I think it would be great to spread more chances that we end up doing more FRTRs at the same time all over the world. (In extreme cases, I was shown by Astarte that it's ok to do only 3 repetitions instead of 9, unless one has more time to put into each.

Quality of rituals is above the quantity. I am sure that when I say that one ritual plus cleaning takes set amount of time per day, every single day and add on top of that other commitments it does not compute to add any more time into it. Maybe some days it's plausible to do more, but not every day. There is more to life than doing rituals all day. I'm not advocating against doing as much as one can, but there needs to be balance in life. Physical and spiritual. However one can always make the rituals more powerful, more focused, more precise and so on. Also consistently doing it has a huge impact.
