prayer hands?

It's natural to put hands together and look toward the sky, but is that too Xian? All the shit I see from that thinking is people with pictures of clasped hands on kitchen walls with "give us this day our daily bread" or some tripe.... but when I pray to FATHER how do I express myself? clenched fists maybe? strength my bothers and sisters.

That's called the Namaste Mudra and xians obviously stole it like everything else in their religion. It's not xian, it's actually a yoga mudra used for activating certain energy channels.

Now about how do you express yourself, it's up to you as an individual, there's no specific way to do that.

When you talk to another human being, is there a certain way to do this? Not really. Do you have to do praying hands position to talk to your neighbor? Or clench your fists? Or get on your hands and knees and put your ass in the air. lol

Just commune with him naturally. He doesnt care about some certain gesture to do this.
