your dad is a xian? how old are you? my advice would be to buy some adjustable dumbbells, study anatomy (best places to damage a human are the eyes, nose and throat), start a powerlifting routine, do yoga for flexibility, do running/jogging for endurance, and learn a martial art preferably one that uses punches, kicks, elbows and knees and then learn some grappling or wrestling and of course meditate every day.
