  turns out there is a man who did much damage to my father assaulted him on more than one occasion, I take money by threats and was recently won the trial and my father but this motherfucker and my father threatened him to although I said that I'll protect you and will not let you attack is afraid and does not want to go outside, I like to make a ritual of destruction to avenge my father, would have effect whether or not I who have been harmed by directly?

A destruction ritual's effect depends on your own power and how much hate and concentration you put into it. That's all it needs to work.
