Munka is the destroyer of karma. It might be better to go with a different mantra to obtain what you want, for the "positive" affirmation.
... You could make a trine runic working with Fehu-Sowilo-Uruz
As for karma, I prefer to do workings specific to the problem, not so much generalized workings.
So, my questions are:

1. I understand that a positive karma working should be done during a waxing moon, but in which sign?

2. About the "trine runic working with Fehu-Sowilo-Uruz", how many times should these runes be vibrated? And if, let's say each 40 times, should I do "Fehu" x 40, and then the others 40 times, or "Fehu Sowilo Uruz" x 40

3. Would an affirmation like: "My positive karma is is permanently increasing and strengthening now and forever. It is changing my life for better in every way possible" be good?

I really don't think a generalized "positive karma" working is legit. That sounds very hindu, like corrupt watered-down overly-simplified nonsense. And that's not how karma works, anyway.

Do specific workings. What exactly do you want? What good karma? Target what you want, and do a specific working for it. And live it, manifest it in the real world, in your daily life.

If you want good things overall, here's what to do: Deep clean your chakras and soul, advance yourself so you are incredibly bright and radiate light.
