The situation with gypsies in Hungary is the worst, I know it well, I know the region and surrounding countries you mention in your post. Our future wil be not really nice if somehow the gypsy question not solved. I do not think so that even the gypsies will have a territory as you wrote it, east Hungary at the Slovakian border, their community is just UNVIABLE.
They have no education, no socialization, can not behave and destruction is coded in their DNA + theye are disgusting.
Central and eastern countries will face this problem soon, because the gypsies just multiplying to get benefit for the children but thats it, they are on animal level and hate everything what is more advanced from them and their community.
