Point of hand chakras?

Hi ii wanted to know what's the point of opening hand chakras. Once
opened can u shoot negative energy to hurt somebody or even kill them,
I've read that u can heal urself once open but what color energy is the
healing type?pls let me know thanks

But i think probably gold

i believe you can use white-gold and program it to heal.

you can use white if you want, but white-gold or the color of the sun, is the most powerful of the colors, so i personally would use white-gold. thats the color i use to clean aura and chakras.

i think you can overpower your enemy by giving out more white energy that they can't even take it..........then all their nadis will overpower and destroy which will result in their end.
