So.. Straight to questions. 
1.. Is it safe for my mother who is not so religious and is not a Satanist do Satanic Sun Square? 
2. If yes then, is it also safe for her to vibrate SATANAMA mantra for whatever purposes? 
3. Is it safe for her to clean aura and do basic meditations but not opening the Chakra? Just cleaning?

She should not do that. I'm not experienced, but HP Pythia wrote never to do Satanic magick or Satanic anything without being dedicated. It's dangerous to do so because of enemy attacks and because without guidance of a demon one could hurt themselves or worse!
