Whenever I try to do the trance (the JOS style), after 5 to 10
minutes of freely-falling effect, I feel a pressure on one of the
sides of my brain (usually the right side). However, I've not yet
achieved tracnce. Is the feeling of pressure a positive indication?

I've got problems with visualization. The exercises on JOS aren't
helping me much. Please help me.

How do you visualize? Plz give me PROPERLY EXPLAINED steps to it.

(How I try to do it):

I picturize an image in my mind. However, I can't see it.

I've done the "opening of the third eye" exercise but I don't see
any "swirling" image when I "look" into my third eye (even for a
long time). Can you help?

Thanks

the pressure on your head may not[/B] be a positive one[/B],so for the moment stop doing trance exercises.[/B]   visualisation means imagining things in your mind ,imagine a certain image in your mind while doing meditations.   even i dont see any swirling image in my third eye,so it's alright.
