Please help us.

My dear sisters and brothers in Satan,                                                      I come here today to ask all of you for help. My son has been living with me now for 3 weeks because he is tired of all the lies and deception that his mother has thrown at him, not to mention the neglect. Where we live he is old enough to decide who he wants to live with but she has gone ahead and hired a lawyer to fight the case and I have had to counter it with my own. I have always had faith in Father and He has helped me so far more than I have asked but my son is the most precious thing I have and even though I know we have a very strong case in our favour I am still very frightened and scared of this whole ordeal. I ask all who read this to please think of us in our moment of need and ask Father to give us the strenght and courage to make it through this, I ask that you think of us in your prayers to Lord Satan and ask that He look after us now when we need Him the most. I continue my prayers to Him nightly and hope you will do the same for me now so that my son and I will never be separated. Thank you all in advance and any advice or encouragement would also be welcomed. Hail Satan, Hail Father, Hail Lucifer.

I noticed in your profile you are in Ontario, so this may not apply to your legal system, however, I thought I would make the suggestion.

In the US, our courts allow the request to have a "Guardian ad litem" appointed as the separate attorney for a child in a custody (as well as other types) case.

This attorney represents the child and their best interest only. They will meet with the child, learn what the child wants and what sitauation is best suited for them, and then they present the child's views and opinions to the judge. This helps the judge determine what the child wants and what is best.

I would suggest you look into your legal system to see if you have anything similar and consider whether you would want this for your child. If your child is old enough to be permitted to determine where they want to reside, sometimes the court will talk with the child directly, but other times they are not willing to listen so a Guardian ad litem would be the best method to having the child's wishes known.

Thank you for your reply. We have something similar here but the court would not appoint my son a lawyer unless the case actually went to trial and the judge felt it was in the best interest of the child so it's really up to him unless my son insists on it on his own. But once again thank you and I hope your positive thoughts are with us during these trying times and be assured that I always have faith in Father Satan, it's all just very nerve rackiing and very frightening. It is always frightening to think about possibly losing your child. If I may make another suggestion to you, speak with your attorney about putting a motion through the court to request that a "home study" be done on both you and your estranged spouse. This is a standard and reasonable request for your side to make, especially since housing of a minor is to be determined, and most courts will grant this type of motion. Especially if custody is being contested.

The "home study" is usually conducted by a court approved attorney/social worker/psychologist(psychiatrist)in order to establish the better suited environment for the child. The child is also interviewed in this type of motion as well.

Any chance that your lawyer can use to get the child's opinion formalized into the court proceedings will provide you a better chance.

In addition (I am sure you already know this) try contacting one of the Demons that deals with court issues, if you haven't already done so.

I created a thoughtform, sent it off to you, and filled it with the affirmation that you would maintain custody and be under the protection of Satan. Hope you don't mind.
