PLEASE HELP! im so confused on my third eye >.<

i have no clue on how to open my third eye and i really want to know because i really need to talk to father and i've tryed everything but i cant contact him. i was told i need to open my third eye and that would help alot. please tell me how do to that i cant find it on JoS either!

its not that hard to find. heres the path on the site to it:

main page-meditations-power meditations-opening the chakras(awakening meditations)-opening the third eye. that took me like a minute, and only that long because i was typing this message too. please take time to read the entire site.
