Since Venus rules the throat chakra, does Mercury rule the heart then?

What? This confuses everything. So Venus' color is blue? Not Green? Venus rules communication? What does the heart rule then?

Heart chakra works as a connector between the upper and lower chakras. This is the role of Mercury. And Venus has been found to rule emotions, which is the characteristic of Venus.
