I see people in too much rage or call it energetic while they do weight lifting. They lose energies to their rage or the temporary energetic buzz they get from listening energetic music or by just the inspiration. They dont really enjoy or take pleasure in doing any physical exercise. In result After the workout they are totally beat totally knackered. So my question is Should a physical exercise be done in light trance like doing pushups too ? Rather visualise yourself to be muscular while lifting up light weight than burning in rage while doin it or any other exercise? And How can one make the muscles adaptable to lift heavy weights without practicing heavy weight lifting?

HAIL SATAN !

Nothing wrong with feeling rage when working out or anything like that. Lifting weights and working out empowers the male side of the soul and also the Solar 666 chakra. I don't think being in a trance would be very good for working out because you are completely relaxed. But visualizing would be very interesting.
