After you get deeper into Zevism (opening chakras, doing rituals,) anything besides the magnum opus, is it possible to go through physical changes and if so why do you think it happens?

YES!!

You can follow a process know as biokinesis to change physical appearances but it is very advanced... and it is NOT compulsory to go through physical changes (excluding stuff like... having a good health, for example).
