Pain in heart

I've been getting this mild pain in the heart and it feels like it's in the bottom of the heart and on the back of it and sometimes it feels in the middle-back-bottom of the heart. But whenever it comes it's there. The position of pain doesn't change.
Its only mild, it comes and goes, it comes back within an hour or within minutes sometimes. It caused me really bad anxiety and worry.. 
I experience shortness of breath since few years and I'm 27 years old.

Sometimes I get this squeezing feeling or murmur at the bottom of the heart area. Maybe gastric symptoms?

Thanks. The ache remained only for one day. Been two days I haven't gotten it back now. So its just gastric issues...that's a herbal medicine? Maybe regular exercises should greatly help too..

I was of the impression that this was an ongoing thing..

I wouldn't recommend you take herbal medicine for something which only occurred once..
