Pain in base chakara

Last night after my double and single serpent meditation there is a little pain in my base chakara,and at the same time i felt there is something inside my 2nd chakara,the pressure was very intense..when i went to sleep,for a while i feel like i am sleeping and waking up,for 4 to 5 second , which is weird , it never happened before.....can someone explain these changes?

<td val[/IMG]Both of those are advanced Kundalini meditations that maybe you are not use too which can be the result of too much energy that your soul is just not use too.Just continue and as you do it will be easier to process.My wife is doing far more meditations then she has in a long time and she is finding it hard to deal with all the extra energy also.She has decided to ask the Gods to take the extra energy from her maybe you can do the same.

This actually doesn't sound like a matter of extra energy to me. A very advanced long time member explained this EXACT type of situation to me when I was new. I seriously think your base chakra might have a block in it. Usually, you will feel some kind of pressure in the chakra ABOVE the blocked chakra and pain in the chakra that is blocked is not uncommon, especially if you are trying to work with it or you are doing a meditation as powerful as the single or twin serpent. HP Vovim Baghie himself even said that one of his chakras had a minor block in it while he was going through the ascension and he mentioned the trapping of energy being painful. Similar to your situation.

The other scenarios below are less likely than the first however:
If it's not blocked and you are merely experiencing pain because of atrophy to your base chakra, than you should back off of doing anything serious with it and work more slowly with it and slowly build up the energy to where that specific chakra is no longer atrophied.
And if it IS a meditation problem and you ARE feeling pain because of an energy overload, than simply ask the gods to take the extra energy from you.
But what you have described SERIOUSLY sounds like a blockage.
