Recently, a dispute erupted on the Vultus Templorum platform among our brothers and sisters regarding the cursing of trolls who, it is claimed, have caused real harm to our temple. Personally, I ignored these trolls, since they did not harm me, and expressed the opinion that these fools do not deserve our attention. My words were met with hostility, and I was bombarded with a barrage of criticism, mostly for weakness or for supposedly having a Christian mindset, even though I have been a pagan since childhood and have never shown mercy to the Abrahamic faiths in real life. That evening, I merely suggested that these trolls don’t deserve our attention, and then they started trolling me, even though I didn’t insult anyone in response and presented my arguments, which I never insisted on. The Temple teaches ethics, but it seems that Priest @P.alexandrosiown’s ethics consist of trolling me and insisting that I inspire people with my opinions. I don’t know what’s wrong with you; I’ve always called you my brothers and sisters, including in real life, because I spent most of my time serving the Gods in real life, not on the Internet. To be honest, I am shocked and offended by the community’s dismissive attitude toward me, and I am not going to tolerate insults, whether from a priest or anyone else. And just between us, you have hurt me far more than this troll could ever have affected me.
It's better if I just shut up and don't express my opinion, my faith in you has been shaken, but not my faith in the Gods

Heil Satvrn Heil Maat

Speaking of trolls, for some reason I don’t see Zeus hurling lightning bolts at every mocker who decides to make fun of us or even the Gods, sometimes he doesn’t even punish the most malicious offenders. He punishes only those who truly threaten the essence of order itself the Maat. Cursing trolls puts you in a vulnerable position, position of victim, it’s like admitting you’re weak in front of them. I’m not a victim and I'm not weak for sure

Now I understand why Nemesis was smiled upon me, because I was humble, cursing those fools who attacked TOZ or even the Gods it's a pure Hubris, why? Because I believe the Gods are powerful and they're can protect themselves, I never believed in the weak gods, weak gods are not gods of mine

You act as if you know better than a Priest. A member of the Clergy. Think about that for a second.

i know myself, i meet Nemesis, i've made my own conclusions. Moreover, even in the old JOS it was said that there can be no intermediaries between people and Gods. I admire the zevists and clergy, but the truth is more precious to me

No, my friend. Rather, you sound like an arrogant and very unwise person, thinking you know better than the Priesthood and the Gods. And regarding to the Gods not punishing people who mock them, where did you get this nonsense from? Of course they do punish them. Just because you do not see the punishment in this life does not mean that in the end they will not be punished. You are foolish. Think about yourself and meditate.

Thing is, there are mediators otherwise people just make up stories. Clergy are our mediators.

You need to understand the difference about dumb troll and those who attack the Temple and try to block us. Not the same thing.

If you are interested in the truth, none of what you say is the truth. In reality, the Gods do mandate that we self defend ourselves. If one is walking down the street with their wife and they are attacked, one must defend their wife, not just say "Nemesis will handle it". Unless you live in wonderland, you would understand how these things work, and what true disrespect it is to the Gods, to heap human affairs on them and essentially by extending your irrationality, allow all injustice to reign supreme.

None of what you say, makes any objective sense. This also goes to show, how much confusion is heaped upon the line of no "mediators".

In the real world, there are two notions of justice; one is human action, the second is Divine. The latter concerns itself with very serious crimes, the first, must exist in order to keep a balanced society.

This is not about disagreement, trolling, being edgy, being unliked etc, it's about people attempting to literally take down this place.
There have been extensive DDOS attacks, e-mail attacks to disable all of ToZ, accounts of Clergy, and generalized criminal subversion against the ToZ? Will Zeus come down to install a DDOS protection program, or we would be tasked to actually do this? Do you think we would, or will Nemesis install a firewall, for example?

In this context you just preach disarmament, Ghandi nonsense, and as a consequential result, just injustice and allowing the Temple to be attacked by every monkey and primate, because "Gods exist". It's exactly because the Gods exist, that the Temple must be defended from these material acts.

DDOS'ing and all the acts they do, are not only illegal, but are (failed) attempts to stifle operations.

The ritual against the enemies and those trols was performed by me, how do I know that they were punished and what if they're wont gonna be punished? because if they are not gona be punished, it will only confirm my words that the Gods are not interested in trolls and it's all just sophistry and waste of time

If we're on the same website, meaning we use the same practices, then the question is how do you interpret certain events when u doing those practices and rituals? after all, we all just a human beign, i never said im perfect or something

It was explained to you before. What we safely ignore is someone who does a harmless prank, like puts a whoopee cushion on your seat. Someone who does an attack (attacks website integrity) cannot be safely ignored.

Further, it does not matter if you are "above them" or not. Yes, in most cases, a person who attacks is a lowly individual. However, because they attack, we have to defend. Their low status is not an excuse or shield for them hurting us.

Did the Gods punished them people like before? Why are these people not afraid of anything? As far as I remember, JOS had the same problem. And it looks like it hasn't disappeared anywhere

The Gods are involved in all elements of justice, but there is also the human element of free will, too. For whatever reason, the aggressors have justified their actions to themselves. They believe either they are right or that the potential cost is worth it.

What we do by our own actions is make it so that any attacks are not worthwhile, and this sets our boundary and defends our space. It does not matter if the attackers are new or old people, knowing or unknowing of the consequence. We defend ourselves first and maintain our Temple space.

The safe Temple space is what allows us to operate and grow without worrying. Once order is established, this allows everyone to mentally move on and ignore any potential trolling or intrusions. Lack of order = visible crime which disturbs people and their growth.

Free will is a philosophical question, how do we know that free will exists and that it is not fate?

Free will is a philosophical question, how do we know that free will exists and that it is not fate?

Free will is the individual judgement and action made within a given circumstance. Fate places us inside circumstances; free will determines our choices within such circumstances.

The Gods see the entire situation and to which extent the individual acted either due to free will or fate.

Yes. If we go by history here, almost nobody who has attempted to do major damage to the Gods or what's theirs, has remained. Maybe they had temporarily caused headaches, but in the end, terrible things have fallen upon them through this practice. It was always counter-productive for them to attempt attacking the Gods or other Zevists. But they are blinded to this fact for temporary games.

A monkey is also blinded on the negative consequences of infinite food, that doesn't make obesity a non danger for it. It just doesn't understand it's potential consequences.

I see you have a tendency to philosophize brother. Not everything is a major philosophy. Some things are really simple in this world.
