If I open the third eye or the crow do I still do the chants and hand signs every meditation? If not what should I do to keep them stronge

Repeat the meditations from the JOS website in the ''Full chakra meditation'' site from the meditation category. Whether you decide to use runic, sanskrit or other chants is up to you. Also hand signs can be still used, as they help channel energy into that specific chakra.
