Opening of the third eye.

I have been meditating multiple times for roughly three weeks now, but I'm not sure if my third eye is open or completely open. Lately I have been seeing colors. Not auras to my knowledge but flashes of color. An example of this is, I work as a telemarketer making sales and my boss came in the room and I saw a flash of green as he was curious to see how much money was being made. I am also starting to see colors with in my self as well as in others (some times). Is this a sign of my third eye opening? What are some of your experiences with the opening of the third eye?

Yes, this is definitely a sign that your third eye is opening.

The more you empower your higher chakras the more the 'veil' is dropped so to speak. You will be aware of the higher dimension and that comes hand in hand with the heightening of your soul's frequencies. I had the same experiences as you my friend, at first I saw colors and the more I meditated the stronger the visions got for me. The visions get stronger and stronger until they begin taking shapes and eventually forming into solid figures.
