There are some strange laws, like you write in german, suddenly you can be liable to german law. Which could close the forums. As the only reason the forum is online, is the first amendment off America.

The websites and sub formus of Turks, Italians, Norwegians, Japanese are made by the effort of volunteering Satanists taking care of the translating, programming, managing, legal issues, whatever so their people have easier time accessing the material and have a place to commune. I'd love to have a German forum. Sub forums are opened after there are enough people speaks the language that usually comes here through websites. That's how Turkish forum was created, at least. The website was first. It was really active and many people used to communicate in the replies section there. It became a necessity at some point. This forum is not old, the previous one had to shut down I think but I wasn't dedicated back then and wasn't visiting forums so I do not know the details.
