IT MUST BE DILUTED! AND YOU HAVE TO READ THE DIRECTIONS. YES, YOU CAN USE CARBONATED SODA POP. If you have an ailment, then you might want to take 20 drops twice a day in an 8 oz glass of pop, juice or water. The stuff tastes awful, so distilled water doesn't cover up the taste.
