Ohhhh crap. Does this still count?

Ok, last night I did my dedication ritual. But I was rushed a bit at the end due to my brother coming home from work earlier than expected. (Actually he came home on time, its just time moved faster than I had thought and it got later before I realized). Well I completely forgot to say "Mote shall it be, HAIL SATAN!" Does it all count? or do I have to do it over again. If I have to do it again its no problem, but I want to make sure I'm formally dedicated. Thank you for your time.

No u didnt even need the material things, u could have used an atrial temple if you wanted. as lonmg as you were true top your word during the dedication thats all that mattets.

It's okay if you didn't say 'so mote it be' and 'Hail Satan'. It's still valid, as long as you were sincere in your dedication. Don't stress! It's all good. Hail Satan!

Sorry if i am misinformed here, but it was to my understanding that the dedication is more of a psychological way to break yourself free of christianity, and not really something that has to be 'done to the word'. What ever you did, as long as you believe it was valid, it was valid.

I've said this before & I'll say it again because since I last posted on thsi subject it seems we've had a lot of new people ...

Not every dedication rite goes exactly "according to script". I know mine didn't (and I've been here for several years and received many blessings and much help from Satan and other gods, so it's very obvious my dedication was acceptable). I'd be willing to bet that most people's dedication rituals weren't exactly as scripted. Yet, they are as valid as the "perfectly executed" ones. Satan looks at our honesty and sincerity; what's in our hearts is of the most importance.

So just don't worry about it. You've taken the all-important first step so now your job is to learn and grow ...
